A user is a person who has been added as a User to the Org by any other User in the Org within the User Admin Role.

When a person is added as a User, he is added with an email and it must be unique throughout WeBill.

Different Users within the same Org or different Orgs can not share the same email.

Once a User is registered, he will have an inactive account within the Org. The User will have to activate his own account by providing his password.

Once activated a User may login to his Org but can only perform actions within the Org or view anything within the Org if roles have been assigned to him.

A User Admin can assign roles to a User.

Neither the System Admin nor any other User can view the password of another user. But a User can change his password at any time.
