An Agent could be an employee of the org or he could be an external contractor of the Org.

Before an Agent can start receiving and fulfilling instructions, he must be a member of an Org Team [LINK].

An Agent is Uniquely identified by his Cell Phone Number. An Agent Can therefore not be an Agent for more than one Org.

Agents are registered by an Org Agent Administrator.

An Agent Administrator can disable an active Agent and re-enable a disabled Agent.

The instructions for an Agent that has been disabled will be removed from the Agent.

An Agent is paid for each instruction that he fulfills. In some circumstances, he might be paid for an Instruction he did not successfully fulfill for a valid reason.
