  • An Agent is a registered person who carries out an instruction in the field on behalf of an org.

  • An Agent could be an employee of the org or he could be an external contractor of the Org.

  • Agents receive and execute instructions on mobile devices. The mobile device needs to comply with the WeBill minimal mobile standard requirements . [www.webill.net]

  • Before an Agent can start receiving and fulfilling instructions, he must be a member of an Org Team [LINK].

  • An Agent can be a member of one or more Org Teams.

  • An Agent is Uniquely identified by his Cell Phone Number. An Agent Can therefore not be an Agent for more than one Org.

  • Agents are registered by an Org Agent Administrator.

  • An Agent Administrator can disable an active Agent and re-enable a disabled Agent.

  • The instructions for an Agent that has been disabled will be removed from the Agent.

  • An Agent is paid for each instruction that he fulfills. In some circumstances, he might be paid for an Instruction he did not successfully fulfill for a valid reason.

  • An Agent views his instructions, executes them and can view his payments and performance measurements on the Field Manage mobile app. [LINK]

  • The number of active Agents an Org can have at any given time is dependent on the package subscription of the Org. Please consult the various WeBill packages [www.webill.net/pricing] and their Agent limitations from time to time.
