A team can be defined as a group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal. In this case, it is a group of meter readers who will work together to complete a certain number of instructions which have been assigned to them.

Each time a set of instructions is assigned to a team, they are divided equally amongst the members

Teams must consist of one team leader. The team leader is responsible for the day to day operations of his team and to make sure his team meets their targets

Teams will be colour coded to differentiate between the different teams on the web app.

Before a team can be created, there must be a minimum of one agent that must be created beforehand. If you have not created an agent, see [Creating an agent]

A zone can be defined as a piece of geographical area in which a team will operate in. I.e. all instructions within a zone will be allocated to the team operating in that zone

A team can operate in multiple zones

Zones will be colour coded as per the teams colours. I.e. If a team is coloured blue, then when you create a zone for that team, it will also be displayed in blue.
