  • A team can be defined as a group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal. In this case, it is a group of meter readers who will work together to complete a certain number of instructions which have been assigned to them.

  • Each time a set of instructions is assigned to a team, they are divided equally amongst the members

  • Teams must consist of one team leader. The team leader is responsible for the day to day operations of his team and to make sure his team meets their targets

  • Teams will be colour coded to differentiate between the different teams on the web app.

  • Before a team can be created, there must be a minimum of one agent that must be created beforehand. If you have not created an agent, see [Creating an agent]

  • A zone can be defined as a piece of geographical area in which a team will operate in. I.e. all instructions within a zone will be allocated to the team operating in that zone

  • A team can operate in multiple zones

  • Zones will be colour coded as per the teams colours. I.e. If a team is coloured blue, then when you create a zone for that team, it will also be displayed in blue.
