WHO IS A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR?

  • On the registration of an Org a System Administrator for that Org is created.

  • WeBill Users roles as an authorisation mechanism allowing or denying an authenticated user to do or not to do a specific action within the WeBill system.

  • The System Admin has no restrictions within his Org.

  • The System Admin should only be used where absolutely necessary.

  • Some actions within an Org can only be performed by a System Admin.

  • These actions are as follows:

    • A system administrator has complete access to the entire web portal.
    • A system administrator can add/ delete a user from a given role.
  • A System Admin can never be suspended. When an Org is cancelled or suspended, only then is the System Admin suspended.

  • A System Admin email address can never be changed b any Org User including the System Admin himself.

  • In order to change the System Admin email the Org needs to contact WeBill.
