  • Each Utility defines its own Exception codes. The Org needs to add each Instruction Code list for each Utility in each Org. For Utilities that do not have Instruction Codes, the default exception code list can be used and/or modified.

  • Each instruction code must be unique within a Utility.

  • Each instruction code has the following fields:

    • Instruction code – A short code that cannot be more than 6 characters.

    • Description of code

    • Requires photo (Optional) – If this is marked as true, then in order to qualify, the Instruction Code must be accompanied by a relevant photograph

    • Requires note (Optional) - If this is marked as true, then in order to qualify, the Instruction Code must be accompanied by a note

    • Qualifies for payouts – If true, then an Instruction with this condition will qualify the agent for a payout.

    • Default Read Code – If this is true, then this instruction code is the default code for read.

    • Instruction Codes are added when a utility is created. See [LINK].
